Though not the best but the standard was pretty acceptable. An average plate of fried hokkien noodle that easily forgettable. The thick bee hoon and the yellow noodle were nicely fried and well flavored with rather fresh ingredients used but very little of them. Apparently, i could not even spot a piece of sotong, either it was in really small pieces or there is none at all. Most importantly, it was not too wet, i like it dry. Another disappointment is the missing of wok hei taste. It still taste

It still tasted nice enough when mixed well with the sambal chilli and the tinge of lime did enhanced the overall taste a little.
But for $3.00 a plate, i guess i should not be complaining.
