Salmon Yu Sheng - Small $38 & Large $68 Besides the usual pickles and other ingredients such as fresh licensed Salmon in the Yu Sheng, my favourite jelly fish and garlic bits were added. The sauce was yummy and has the taste and fragrant of lemon-grass which was the first time such a taste in Yu Sheng. As usual, oil, fish sauce, lime, nuts, plum sauce, pepper and cinnamon powder etc were added.Roasted Crispy Chicken - $40 for whole big chickenThe chicken is roasted with crispy skin and minimum oil left on the skin and topped with garlic bits.
