Italian Food Smile Feb 22, 2013

Cosy little place, serving good italian food. Valentinos has somewhat of a cult following in singapore and i cant understand why. Yes the food is decent though not spectacular, the restaurant is warm and charming, as to the service. Is very difficult to find really good Squid ink pasta. Will order more for sure..For a quick preparation taste add some grilled calamari or little squids and just add salted butter

Pork Ribs Rice Smile Feb 21, 2013

My favourite was their sweet and sour pork ribs rice because they meat that they used are boneless and on top of that it is very huge and I simply feel that it is worth the money. Apart form this, their pork ribs is marinated till perfection as it is not too sweet and not too salty. The meat is tender to the bite that it is so nice that it can even eat it on it own. I strongly encourage you guys to try it out.

My favourite carrot cake is the fried white carrot cake because it is fried till nice and golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside. This carrot cake is fried till perfection and the egg is so crispy and this carrot cake is also not too oily. It is also very flavorful and tasty that makes me crave to have more of it. This is a must-try food in Singapore as it is very nice.

Rojak Smile Feb 21, 2013

My all-time favorite snack is the rojak because I simply love their specially homemade sauce of the prawn paste and other condiments. The sauce is so flavorful and the youtiao is grilled to perfection that it is so crispy. The pineapple, cucumber and white turnip also adds a distinctive taste to the dish and the sweetness of the pineapple really blends in with the sauce very well. Therefore, I would like to recommend this dish to those rojak-lovers.

I love the sweet and spicy drumlets becauseit is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The first bite of the drumlets was heavenly as the sweet and spiciness of the drumlets just wakes up your tastebuds, leaving a kick in your mouth. The honey used in this dish also helps to calm your tastebuds. This is definitely a dish for the young and old and I would like to recommend to everybody to try it out.
