Checked out @cheekysignatures at MacPherson Mall and left in a bee hoon-fueled daze. The soup version? Umami bomb and refillable — bless. But the dry bee hoon with crispy pork lard? A scene-stealer. Also devoured tender sliced fish with minced meat, crab dumplings that slapped, tofu with mushrooms that was so delightful.

This stall is situated at level 1 of Tekka centre. The soup is packed with flavours that is made from prawns' shells & pork. 3 diff types of noodles to choose from, can also have a mix of 2 noodles, which I normally go for. My typical order is a mix of egg noodles & vermicelli. A bowl of soup to accompany if u ordered the dry version. Several halved prawns, sliced of pork & that must have fried shallot & pork lard toppings (These actl elevated the dish) Enjoyed that their noodles ain't too soft. I will recommend to go for the dry version, so u can try both the sambal & the soup. Be prepared to wait if u arrived during lunchtime. Closed on weekends.

The food is good. The bun is crispy and matches well with the meat. The service can be improved. I went there at off peak hour and was the only customer. When the food was ready, I expected the staff would serve me in person. 朋友介紹去到新加坡一定要食的娘惹菜，但就一定要訂位，如果唔係去到實冇位，餐廳位置不多。點了一個精美拼盤小金杯。脆皮金杯任意夾上碟內的配料，真係冇改錯菜名精緻金杯，放入蘿蔔絲、鵪鶉蛋、豬油渣、同埋白灼蝦味道口感層次不錯，而且金杯仔非常脆皮。 黃薑蟹肉 呢碗仔嘅黃金蟹肉真係貴得有道理，大大嚿嘅生拆蟹肉，灑上一些檸檬葉絲再配上甜酸秘製醬同吃味道一流。 咖喱雞咖喱非常濃郁，帶有濃濃的椰香味，撈飯一流，薯仔也炆得入味，反而雞肉的肉質就麻麻哋。 蝶豆花飯是非常吸睛的一碗飯，藍色米飯是用蝶豆花去煮成的，味道和白飯沒有分別。點了一份地道薯片，一半木薯片一半是魚片，點上一些秘製辣椒醬同吃也是不錯的餐前小食。我就是為了這一碗珍多冰而來的，賣相也是非常吸引綠色軟滑的真多，加入椰塘椰漿同紅豆同吃口感都幾得意，但注意要盡快食，因為食到最後，冰凍咗的真多口感好硬，就會唔好食啦。

It is a spacious restaurant. The food is tasty. The siew mai is commendable. The fried carrot cake is well fried. It would be better if it has more Chinese sausage. Service: Order thru scanning QR code, show to cashier on order number.. Pay at the cashier. Food: Har gow is nice.. Skin not too thick. Siew Mai, chee chiong fun (char siew) not too bad. Drink: Local drinks, was hoping for HK Milktea. Order kopi and teh there. Decent quality.

Arrived at 6pm. Place appeared empty. Vibes reminded me of the 1980's Hong Kong Triad setting where you meet someone. Self service in placing your orders and making payment at the casher. Id you order a hot pot of tea, the lady will fill it up but you have to carry it yourself back to the table. Utensils..self-serve as well. Food-wise: Some fried options are better than the siew Mai (too much flour). Food is decent.
