good concept cupcakes Smile Jul 04, 2013

Celebrated my friend's birthday with twelve cupcakes and it is a good alternative from the usual cakes that you buy for celebrations. We bought 4 red velvet cupcakes which are the more popular choices among the others. The cupcakes tasted a little sweet for my own preference though. Icing melts easily so it is recommended to put in the fridge or eat it immediately.

The setting is here is quite nice with a romantic dim setting inside the restaurant. Food looked and tasted quite good as well as shown in the pictures. The po luo bao is a must try with char siew inside! As for desserts we ordered mango pomelo sago and black sesame pies (one cold and one hot dish) which are both yummy as well. The mango sago tasted milky with vanilla ice cream on top. Service is also good and the waiter offered to help us take photos seeing that we are taking.

good buffet Smile Jul 04, 2013

The buffet in kiseki is really good and there's always a long queue even during weekdays lunch so you have to book in advance. The sashimi and prawns are quite fresh and popular that they have to top up quite often. They also have a wide range of beverages, pasta and you can order hotpots as well. I recommend the macha ice cream for their desserts which is really good!

Love it here Smile Jul 04, 2013

I always loved the milk tea here because it is not as sweet as others and the tea flavour is more distinctive. This time I ordered the taro milk tea at 30% sugar level and it is just nice! The staff is also quite patient in waiting for our orders. You can try the T-cafe at Bugis+ as well to play board games inside the gong cha shop at a certain price. I will definitely buy a cup of milk tea again!

Yummy omelette  Smile Jul 04, 2013

First time trying Coco Ichibanya and it was actually quite nice. I ordered the Mushroom Omelette ($11.90++) and the serving was filled with sauce (but very little mushrooms). You can also order other main meals where you can choose the spiciness level of the sauce and the portion of rice. More portion means you have to pay more of course. The service is also quite efficient and fast.
