special pearls Smile Jul 10, 2013

The milk tea here is quite special especially the pearls. They use roselle pearls which is chewy yet not so sweet. I always order Oolong milk tea medium at sgd 2.60 each with less ice and 50% sugar level. The taste is just nice, a little sweet but acceptable. You can request for less ice or no ice at no extra cost. The staff in the stall at heartland mall are also quite efficient in preparing the orders.

The food here is cheap and not bad. The cheapest set meal includes rice, chicken wing and egg at only $2.20/ plate. You will feel quite full because they serve a lot of rice. You can also order other sides as well and I ordered long beans at a cost of $0.60. Good if you want to save money and yet have a filling meal. The aunties here are also quite nice and gave me a lot of rice.

Disappointed Cry Jul 08, 2013

We visited MOF at the Nex branch and the service is really bad. Took us about 10 minutes to be able to get our orders when the waitress already saw us raising our hands! The ramen portion also decreased as the bowl became smaller. We also ordered Italian sausage pizza. However, with MOF card you can upgrade your pizza for free which costs $14.50 for the normal sized ones.

good dessert but expensive OK Jul 07, 2013

Ordered the milk pudding with mango puree and mango pomelo sago with black herbal jelly. The milk pudding as shown in the photo has mango syrup inside so you have to mix it well so it won't taste so sweet. The mango pomelo sago was not really worth $5.50 because there's very little jelly and pomelo inside the dessert. The place is quite packed though so we have to share a table with other people.

Good food at a cheap price Smile Jul 06, 2013

The food here is cheap and good! Ordered laksa, wanton mee, dumpling soup and barley drink at $13 which is really worth it considering the place is in a aircon place. There's no service charge as well and the service is not bad. The laksa portion is a little small though with little cockles inside. The dumpling soup however is worth it with around 5 or 6 dumplings inside which is big in portion.
