As it was dinner time i was walking around food republic thinking of what to eat and came across mini wok. Decided to try it and ordered the sweet and sour pork rice. It costs $5 for it and comes with a free bowl of soup. I quite like the soup actually. There was a fried egg that came with the rice as well and i wish that they had given more sweet and sour pork as i only had like a few pieces of it. But other than that, the food is generally fine and i think i will come back again to try the other food that they have to offer.

Having heard so much about Arnold's fried chicken but haven got a chance to try it out yet but today i finally did. Went at a off-peak time of 4.30pm to arnold and the place was like half filled. I ordered their mash potato as i wanted to eat something light, and it tastes great! It costs $3 for it and it was a rather big portion too. The gravy that accompanied it was thick and flavourful. I would definitely be back to try their half spring chicken next time as i saw other people having it and it was so tempting!

This is quite a popular stall as i have heard my friends telling me about it. Went to try it out today finally and ordered their seafood you mian. It came with two prawns and i love the soup as it is really nice and flavouring. There were also a lot of vegetables given as well. But i feel that the noodles portion is kind of little actually as i was not really full after eating it. Do pair it with their chilli as it complements the you mian very well.

This is my first time trying the hokkien noodles from KL and i must say i was not disappointed at all. Although the waiting time for it is quite long, But i think it is definitely worth the time queuing for it. I love how the gravy is so thick and every bite of the noodles just leaves you wanting for more of it. There is also prawn and meat in it as well. The noodles are also quite thick and the portion is of a reasonable size as well. Definitely worth the price. Thumbs up!

Heard so much about paul bakery and finally i had the chance to visit this bakery! There was a long queue to dine in at their restaurant when i was there around 5pm so i didn't want to queue and just bought from their bakery. I was not able to catch the exact full name of the crossaint that i ordered as i did not want to hold up the queue as the words are also quite small actually. I took the chocolate crossaint which costs $2.80 and the apricot one which costs $3.95. Both were great!!! The chocolate crossaint was quite expensive but the chocolate filing inside was quite nice and the crust was also so soft. The apricot was awesome too as the crust was really crispy. Although it is quite expensive to me but i can just give myself a treat when i feel like it.
