Hot days call for cool drinks and there is nothing better than a glass of sugar cane juice. Not choking, the juice is smooth to drink, well drained. The business at this stall is good with the may queues for food at the nearby stalls, especially the malay food here! Should try some time

Had myself some winglets after a movie. Surprisingly, the winglets were not as oily as the usual chicken wings, drumlets, breasts or thighs. It reminds me a little of the Mc Wings at their competitor. The flour used seems different, probably due to the amount of corn starch used in the winglets.

Went there one early afternoon for some dim sum breakfast. The restaurant is quiet, apart from dishes clashing onto each other. The head waitress was extremely apathetic and expressionless. When asked for dishes to recommend, she mentioned "it depends on what you want". True, but she should have carried on explaining what kind of dishes are suitable for bla bla bla. The female captain was much better with smiles and alertness.
Food was a little disappointing.
The Char Siew Su reeked of pork smell, we forced ourselves to chew it down while trying our best not to inhale through our nose.
The yam fritter and egg tart were much better but again, nothing I have never tasted before.

Lunch hour is a bad timing to queue at this stall, at times when the crowd is there, you have to queue all the way to the back of the hawker centre's railings, facing the mosque. It's that bad seriously. Thankfully, they serve moderately fast so your queuing time is just about 10 minutes or so.
The cook is always busy at this hour, cooking up similar dishes to replenish.
The food is tasty and fresh. Value for money!

Apart from the other famous beef kway teow on the same level, this store used to be one of my favourite stalls when I was younger.
The food seems to have lost it's touch. The food looks even more appealing now and the meat still looks good! The meat is tender but their sauce has lost it's flavour. The sauce is sticky and the chilli sauce is nothing much too.
Probably patronise again just to relive my younger days.
