Teclique  OK Oct 06, 2011

Chill out at Teclique with my girlfriends. Had some drinks. We also ordered their fish and chips. It was the signature dish. The fish and chips tasted so good, especially when we squeezed some lemon over it. The tartar sauce is quite sweet too! a great combination with the fish. the fish is nicely fried with is batter being cripsy. However, I thought it was quite oily. Keep improving, Teclique! smile

Teck Huat Coffee Roti  Smile Oct 06, 2011

Had a filling breakfast at Teck Huat Coffee Roti. We ordered their kaya toast which has a generous filling of kaya and butter. It was good! The toast was very cripsy at the ends and soft in the centre. I also ate their half boiled eggs. It tasted fanstatic with the soya sauce and pepper. Very satisfying breakfast! lol

Different Taste Cafe & Restaurant Smile Oct 06, 2011

Had dinner at Different Taste Cafe & Restaurant! They serve very good Cantonese cuisines. I love their seafood hor fun! The sauce is super yummy and there is a lot of egg in the thick sauce which makes it extra tasty. The hor fun is also very smooth and not too t hick such that it gets too sick towards the end when you have to finish the entire plate of hor fun. Their seafood is very fresh too! The fish especially, as it is soft and tender and not fishy at all.

Teck Hwan Eating House sells a wide variety of food. I particularly like their fishball meepok! Their fishballs are very chewy and tender. Their meepok is not too dry or hard to chew. The sauce for the meepok is very good too! I would always oreder the spicy one as the sauce is slightly spicy and you just cant stop complimenting how good it is. Great! Their soup that is served separate is good too! not a lot of msg.

Had a great brunch at Tien Teck Vegetarian - Yummy Food Point! Love their vegetarian bee hoon! It is not oily and the bee hoon are in fact very savory and tasty. I love to add the spring roll as unlike others, thieir springroll has a generous filling and it is not oily too. the egg is also very nicely fried and is not too salty. the owner would always help me cut the spring roll into smaller pieces than what she normally does for customers so that it would be easier for me to east with my braces on. It is amazing how there is such great service even in coffee shops. Im impressed with the service and the food! Yummy!
