I was lucky I reached early, because shortly after I arrived, there is a queue waiting outside. There are only a few selections of ramen here and I went for the Chashu-men which cost $16 with the negi topping at additional cost. It is their basic ramen with four slices of chashu served in the tonkotsu soup. The chashu soft and tender and is very flavourful after having soaked up the flavours from the soup. The soup is really quite salty and also oily due to the garlic oil which is the characteristic of the soup. I don't really fancy too salty food because it makes me feel very thristy, so I didn't really like it too much, but my friend loved it. So depending on your tastebuds, if you like strong flavours, this will be for you.
