Ordered a plate of mixed rice which includes beef rendang, curry vegetable and archar. Firstly, the beef rendang was well cooked and prepared, soft and tender texture, cut into equal thickness. As for the curry vegetable, it include slice cabbage and carrot, has a milky taste and the gravy goes well with the rice. Lastly, the refreshing level of the archar was not sufficient and can be improved.

Brought a cup of iced coffee as the drink for lunch.
It has a smooth and rich coffee taste, sweetness level was just right, not too sweet nor bland. However, at the top of the Iced coffee, there was a layer of foam which I think should be removed so that the taste of the coffee will not be affected. The iced coffee is also available in two different size which is small and large. One of the famous dish of Ya Kun Kaya Toast will be the bread toast and the boiled egg which is a good alternative for breakfast.

Brought a cup of the hot milk tea as the drink for breakfast.
The colour of the milk tea was appealing, nice brown orange colour. This drink has a nice and smooth milk tea aroma. The amount of condense milk added was sufficient. However, i think that the amount of condense milk can be reduced so that the sweetness of the milk tea is not too sweet.

Brought a bowl of Mee Pok for lunch.
The Mee Pok was too with braised mushroom and spring onion. The braised mushroom was thick and juicy, the moment the braised mushroom was being chewed, the juicy immediately splash in the mouth. The portion of the noodle given was very generous, the noodle was well cooked, soft and chewy texture and was not stick together. The seasoning was just nice, not too bland nor over season. Overall, a nice Mee Pok that is worth the price of $2.50, a must try or you will regret.

Brought some chicken wings for additional side dish for dinner.
Firstly, the grilled chicken wings has a nice golden brown grilled colour and was quite appealing before eating. The chicken has a slight sweet taste and was juicy, well grilled and marinate as well. Some part of the chicken wings was a bit over grilled but the overall taste was still nice and acceptable. As for the chilli, it was not very spicy and has a mild sweet taste and goes well with the chicken. Lastly, the size of the chicken wing used was acceptable, not too small.
