Came here with my cousin a few weeks ago, and we were drawn in by the promotion they were having at that time, 2 bowls for $12. So, we decided to try it. I had the Rutan beef, while my cousin chose the spicy beef. The rutan beef bowl came with a braised egg, like those you get in your ramen, and the beef is just their normal beef, along with the onion condiments. I think it was quite okay, nothing fantastic, would be better if they had more beef. Spending per head: Approximately $6 Other Ratings:Taste 3 | Environment 3 | Service 3 | Clean 3 | Price 3Recommend 0 |
Visited this branch a few weeks ago, and I ordered the whopper jr. meal, which consisted of the burger, fries, and I also changed the soft drink to an iced mocha. I was really disappointed with the meal overall, the burger was just unappetising, and not up to standard, the fries were average, and the drink, oh my goodness, was so sweet, and definitely not worth the $1.50 top up. Not going to visit burger king for a long time ahead. Other Ratings:Taste 2 | Environment 3 | Service 2 | Clean 3 | Price 2 Recommend 0 |
I patronise this stall very often, and I always order their delicious meefen with fishcake, vege, and either luncheon meat/egg. However, this time, i decided to try something else, which was their soon kueh, chee cheong fun and yam cake. Their chee cheong fun was good, as it had a nice chewy texture, and the yam cake was very good, as it contained yam chunks that were really yummy, and the sweet sauce was great as well. The soon kueh is a must to order, as it is one of their famous dishes, the skin is very well-made, as it is not thick, and it has a fantastic texture, the fillings inside are doubly good too! Drank their milk tea just a few days ago, and it was very good, in fact, from the previous time i drank at their store, they seemed to have improved their milk tea quality. Which is why i chose their large cup, and had a great time slurping through the refreshing drink. What's good about it, is that the quality of their milk tea isn't affected when I ask for a low sugar level, like 30%, and is still mighty flavourful. The pearls are awesome! Came here a few weeks ago, and tried their mee kangkong, which was good, as it had a really good gravy/broth, and the kangkong was crunchy, and the noodles had a pleasant bite to it. It's cute cause you can combine different chillies into your noodle bowl, and they have a guide for you to choose which chilli that suits your bowl of noodle. Had their honey lemon tea, which was pretty good and refreshing. Other Ratings:Taste 3 | Environment 3 | Service 3 | Clean 3 | Price 3 Recommend 0 |
