Check out the piece of quarter chicken in my picture. It is very skinny and small. 2 sides with a quarter chicken cost $15.50. I think chicken was tasty, I did like the sauce - garlic and chilli. But really felt that it is too expensive.

For the sides you can choose from 4 choices and I only took the sauteed veg. The vegetables were well cooked - broccoli, carrots, cauliflower sauteed in garlic. Healthy and not too oily.

Always wanted to come by here because the deco is pretty and you could choose to sit outside by the water.. Came here on a busy sunday night and was greeted by really really bad service! Almost all the different servers who served us(3 or 4 different waitresses) gave very bad attitude. The first one even better.. we arrived at 8.56 and asked if the happy hour is still on and she said if off when we checked the time it was clearly before 9. She told us they have a different clock... ?!! Later she came back and rushed us into ordering and displayed a very impatient disposition..

Anyway.. we only wanted bar grub so ordered the crispy chicken wings. While the coating was very crispy, chicken was thoroughly tasteless... really quite upset by the service.. will take me awhile to be convinced to go back.

After our long day at Universal Studios, we walked from the Sentosa broadway back to Vivo and were surprised that there are a few new eateries in this area... with the night sky and lights around, it was defnitely a very nice place to have a drink and chill out. We stopped at Queens for a drink and only ordered bar food--calamaris to be specific. The portion was very small... like 8 calamari only for more than $10.. definitely not worth it.. It was very oily and the batter was not flour batter but bread crumbs type..

Probably would never come back and order the food again given that the portions are so miserly..

Had dinner with my mum here on saturday during dinner time. We were lucky to find a seat before the long queue started.
Seriously, they were severely understaffed. We ordered one papaya salad for $10 and its quite small and doesnt even taste authetic(the ones i had at fodcourts are better!) and my mum ordered the tomyum soup with steamed rice. The tomyum soup is very small as well.. and they forgot our steam rice. My mum walked to the counter to ask for it because we waited 10 mins trying to catch the eye of any waiters but failed. Even after she went, they didnt come either!! I was quite irritated and went to the counter on my own to ask, The cashier said' please wait awhile" and i say no, u bring me the rice and i bring it myself. Ridiculous right?

After that, we ordered the coconut ice cream dessert. Coconut ice cream was quite nice, but red ruby is very sticky outside, so i don't really enjoy the texture. I will not go back again!

I can't believe I never spotted this mexican place while working in the vicinity until my friend introduced me to it. The place was rather conspicuous amidst the drinking holes around circular road, but its no fuss mexican food sure brings in the regulars. 

I had the chicken mole, which seem rather interesting because it stated 'chocolate' as one of its ingredients. Being a chocolate lover, I knew i had to try it despite it sounding slightly weird in an otherwise savoury dish. It was not too bad, you don't taste the chocolate much, although I can't really give the sauce a defined taste. I did however like the beans though, which goes quite well with the dish. Other wise, the chicken was rather tender, although the dish didn't remind me one bit of mexican cuisine except for the beans part. 

I saw many other things other tables were eating which looked quite delicious. Will definitely come back to check it out.
