Guo Tie Smile Apr 07, 2013

This is really yummy though it cost $5.50 for a plate of ten but i can never resist the temptation of Guo Tie (pot stickers). this is one of the nicer ones i have eaten. their guo tie is not like those traditional one which are pan fried and have a smooth skin with a mildly charred bottom. this one is deep fried completely. but the filling is seriously good. a word of caution, it is very juicy so be careful when you take a bite, the juice will squirt out. it is just so juicy. dipped in vinegar and it is just so good. i finished the plate of ten for my dinner. yums!

chicken karage tom yum ramen Smile Apr 07, 2013

I love the addition of the tom yum series to Ajisen's ramen. I ordered their chicken karage tom yum ramen. it was so good! the tom yum soup was so tasty. it was not too spicy. i like the acidity level, not too sour. for those who finds it not spicy enough, they provided a lime for you to squeeze. the chicken karage soaked in the tom yum soup tasted really good. they coated the chicken with this nice batter, very fragrant, mixed with the tom yum soup. it was to die for. i ordered a set which included a side dish and a drink. for my sides, i got the gyoza. it was really good. the skin was very chewy. the filling was tasty too. goes well with the sourish dip.

Burger King introduced this new burger called of cos i have to give it a try. this is one of the best burger i have eaten cos it had two of my favourite ingredients, the bbq sauce and turkey bacon. their turkey bacon is fried till very crispy. i love the saltiness of the bacon.burger king's bbq sauce is one of my favourite. it has this sourish sweetish taste that whets your appetite. when eaten with the beef patty, it was absolutely to die for. the crunchy onions made gave the burger a refreshing taste. i was super satisfied. now i think they having a promo, 2 burgers for only $5. too good to be true!!!!!

mid joint rice Smile Apr 07, 2013

I was on a pretty tight budget so i opted for one of the cheaper choices, the mid joint rice. there were three pieces of mid joints, good enough for me. i am not a big eater anyway. the yellow rice was quite a lot. almost filled to the brim of the box. there was a little portion of coslaw. so there is meat, vegetable and carbohydrate, a balanced meal i guess. the mid joints are really good. they marinated it with teriyaki sauce. the teriyaki sauce was not too salty. it infused into the chicken meat making it very tasty. yums! a box cost $3.50 pretty reasonable!

less than $3 Smile Apr 07, 2013

This stall's food is so cheap, i ordered three dishes and paid less than $3. i ordered a vegetable, a meat and a tou fu dish. the lean meat was pretty good, the gravy was very tasty, not too salty, goes well with rice. the tou fu dish was another yummy dish. the gravy was pretty thick, a great match with the white rice. the vegetable was cooked perfectly, not over cooked as it was pretty crunchy and juicy. not too bad.
