Don Your Personal Pie Club Smile Dec 23, 2010

I am a true fan of Don's Pie. I have never before tried pies with meat filling, the whole thing is served in thick crust and with addition of hard-boiled eggs. Every time i pass by the shop I will definitely order my favorite is the Sheppard pie, I will always order the whole pie, instead of the 1/4 to share among my family members. Another popular dish by Don Pie is the crab bee hoon soup. What does crab bee hoon soup related to a pie shop i always wonder but who care...the crab bee hoon soup is also very good, i have tried that for lunch three times. Defintely I would finish all the soup, YUMMY!!!!!

I was shopping and Jurong Pt and i walk past this cafe Ambush which offer Western cuisine at affordable prices. The cafe adopts an open concept style. I take a look at the menu board and find the food pretty interesting. I share with my hubby about the cafe at Jurong Pt and he had went to try out the food with his friends too. He also commented the food is worth a deal and will go there often too.

After knock off from work, i decided to shop around at Raffles City Shopping Mall. Suddenly my stomach feel a bit hungry, and i decided to rest for awhile at Fruit Paradise. I ordered a strawberry mango tart. It looks nice and taste delicious. Thinking to order the whole strawberry mango tart, but not sure my family members like the taste as me. So i did not buy this cake for takeaway.

Robertson Quay is like a food paradise. My hubby and i was having our haircut and treatment at UE Square. After our haircut, we were hungry and decided to go nearby to eat. We happen to passby Mondo Mio and decided to have dinner in there. Overall, i think food not too bad, service is friendly and quick. Price wise, i think quite reasonable and affordable. Definitely will come back to dine again.

After a movie at Marina Square, my friends and i were hungry and we decide to have dinner. We went to Esplande and we saw this perandakan restaurant and decided to give it a try. When we entered the restaurant, we saw a photo of our PM and his wife and also MM's brother picture proudly displayed at the cashier. Price wise, i think quite reasonable, service is pretty okie.
