Ding Tai Fung Smile Dec 25, 2010

Categories : Dim Sum

Ding Tai Fung originated from taiwan. I have been there quite a number of times now, and always enjoyed myself there. Must tries have to be the Xiao Long Bao, the skin is just right, not too thin and not too thick, the moment you bite all juice just come out. Service wise, i think they are quite good. Price wise, i think quite affordable. WIll definitely go again.

Talking abt german food, my hubby always share with me abt pork knuckle at Siglap but never bring me there. I remembered there is one time we are crusing ard siglap thinking of what to have lunch. I reminded him that pork knuckle he always say and he immediately drive straight to Werner's Oven. We ordered One Farmer's sausage and One Pork Knuckle. One word to say about the food is GOOD. Definitely will want to go there again for Pork Knuckle especially.
