The dao huay at lao ban is soft and silky and not too sweet. This is not the first time i ate dau huay from lao ban. Whenever we go buy, there will always be a queue. But because the dao huay and already packed properly and kept in fridge, even if the queue is long, it can be quite fast. Definitely a bowl of delicious dao huay for you afternoon tea snack, supper or after meal dessert.

I love korean cuisine, especially the bibimpap and bbq chicken and sabah fish. I love their side dish kimchi too. So this time i decided to try their kimchi soup. The soup is hot and sour, taste good, but it is too hot. Quite alot of tasty kimchi vegetable in the soup. Slices of soft and tender beancurd, and with some tang hoon. It comes with a bowl of warm rice too. You can eat it together with the rice, if not the soup itself is filling enough.

I tried the cold noodle from the korean stall, which is also call naeng myeon. Before trying i was thinking how the soup will taste like when it is cold. ANd now, i finally tasted. The soup is somehow sweet, and cold of course, quite refreshing, and they add some sauce to be mix with. Tasted quite good. The noodle is very springy, personally i like the texture of the noodle. The ingredients is just slice raddish, kimchi, half egg, and a small piece of salted meat. But it is nice.

Bought the mixed pancakes from Jollibean as afternoon tea snack. You can choose the mixed flavour or only 1 particular flavour that you like in a box. It contains about 5 to 6 small pieces, but not too small. The mixed flavour consist of cheese, peanut, and red bean.The price is still reasonable. Their soya bean drink taste quite good and smooth too.

Decided to go for some dessert with my friends after our dinner. We pass by honeymoon dessert and since we did not try before, we decided to give it a try. They have a variety of desserts, from hot, to cold. Some of the desserts you can find at other dessert stall, while some special ones are only in their stall. Overall, prices were reasonable, dessert tasted quite good as well. The ones that are hot are serve hot, cold are serve cold.
