I had been craving for manhattan dory fish, so I paid manhattan a visit to satisfy my craving.
Manhattan's chef's grilled catch is my favourite. It is a grilled dory wih garlic herb rice and herb sauce. The fish is really succulent and juicy and is tastes really good.

There is a special promotion for dbs card holders. A main course with a drink and soup of the day. However, the main course is rather limited as you can only choose from 4 different dishes. Also, the soup did not taste really good, The cream of mushroom soup was quite diluted tasteless. Nonetheless, the food tasted really good and service provided was up to standard. Will defintely go back there again.

I was excited to dine in at Wendy’s ever since it was certified halal. The first meal I tried was the shrimp burger, which was good. It wasn’t awesome, but it was a decent meal. The way the burger was wrapped was very interesting, looking like little burgers wrapped up for astronauts, because of their aluminium wrapping. The fries are much tastier than other fast food outlets. It is also very affordable, as you can get a meal with just $5. The burgers are very common though, but somewhat nicer than other fast food restaurants.

Enjoy the best of both worlds at BaliThai. A mixture of both balinese and thai food. What more can you ask for.

I decided to order something simple and had the sweet sour chicken. Well, it was not at great as i thought it would be. The gravy was too sweet and the rice was a little dry.
If you prefer something spicy, you may want to try the basil fried rice. It was much better, tastier and spicier.

The price is quite reasonable also and the service is good.

I have always been a fan of Baskin Robbins ever since I tried it a few yrs ago when I was overseas. They have a variety of flavors and the price is somewhat reasonable. The staff at the tiong bahru outlet was very friendly and patient as I could not decide what were the flavors I wanted and she let me try a few flavors before I made my decision.

I ordered the red velvet and cookies 'n' cream. I have to say that it was definitely a very good combination. The red velvet ice cream has a different taste from the red velvet cake. It is not too heavy and it tastes very good. The cookies 'n' cream was sweet and the mixture of both the red velvet and the cookies 'n' cream made a very good combination. I highly recommend you to try the red velvet flavor.

My mum and I decided to have dessert at Haagen Dazs. One of our favourite ice cream places.

We ordered the dish that had raspberry sorbet, cookies and cream and belgian chocolate served with strawberries.

The raspberry sorbet was sweet and it melts in the mouth. The cookies and cream ice cream was just as sweet and very tasty.

The belgian chocolate was topped with crunchy nuts. It was a bit bitter and I did not quite like it. Overall, this dish was quite good.
