Perks of driving out to have lunch, we get to eat food from everywhere!
One of my colleagues, J recommended to head over to Ginza Bairin, a Japanese restaurant to have our meal there.
Being Jap food lovers, we all agreed and head over.
I decided to have noodles that day so I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen
It costs $12.90 which is stll quite an affordable price.
I really love this dish, the soup base was nice but if you drink too much of it, it’ll tend to be a tad too salty afterwards.
I love the Cha Shu, they must have used good quality pork as there wasn’t much fats to it.
Cha Shu with too much fats really scares me!
It was a relatively delicious and healthy dish as there’s green veggies and black fungus too.
I can’t wait for the next visit to try out other dishes!
