Ramen Lunch :) Smile Jul 30, 2013
Categories : Japanese

My colleagues drove us to Jcube to have lunch that day.
Perks of driving out to have lunch, we get to eat food from everywhere!
One of my colleagues, J recommended to head over to Ginza Bairin, a Japanese restaurant to have our meal there.
Being Jap food lovers, we all agreed and head over.
I decided to have noodles that day so I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen smile
It costs $12.90 which is stll quite an affordable price.
I really love this dish, the soup base was nice but if you drink too much of it, it’ll tend to be a tad too salty afterwards.
I love the Cha Shu, they must have used good quality pork as there wasn’t much fats to it.
Cha Shu with too much fats really scares me!
It was a relatively delicious and healthy dish as there’s green veggies and black fungus too.
I can’t wait for the next visit to try out other dishes! lol

I would really recommend this place for lunch!
The portions of the food and the desserts are great lol
On this occasion, I ordered The Slider set meal.
Their set meals cost $9.90.
It consists of the burger sandwich, coleslaw, a cup of drink and my choice of fries smile
I love their fries there, we get to choose a few kinds of fries and my favourite are the curry and sour cream!
It’s my first time trying The Slider, inside the fillings are minced beef, sautéed mushrooms, crispy bacons with gooey melted cheese on top tongue
Service is quite good, you order and they will deliver the food over to your table to you.
It's very sinful satisfactory kind of feeling, would definitely eat this again as it's just that tasty!

Dinner and Desserts with my girls Smile May 19, 2013

TGIF with my girl friends was a meet up date at Fruit Paradise smile
We decided to order two portions of curry rice to share among the three of us as we wanted to leave room for desserts!
Heard that Fruit Paradise is famous for their tarts so it's a definite must try lol

The curry rice that we ordered are tofu hamburger and the combo set which consists of fried ebi prawns with two chicken karaage tongue
Initially we thought it looks quite a big portion for one person.
However when the food arrives, our verdict was the two portions of curry rice servings are just the usual servings with a bigger plate that's all shocked
The curry is my favourite sweet Japanese curry and overall the food tastes great lol

Next up we ordered a Hokkaido Milk Pudding that looks quite good from the menu!
The pudding was very smooth and not too overly sweet, we love the outer crust puff too! tongue
Then we had the yummy mixed berry chocolate tart smile
The chocolate happens to be my favourite kind, sweet with a tint of bitterness lol
And i love the crust of this pie plus the fruits complements the chocolate tart so it's great for people who likes to balance the sweetness!

Overall i'll recommend this place for dinner and desserts or just for desserts too is great!
Looking forward to try other tarts they have smile

Pizza for picnic @ Marina Barrage Smile Mar 06, 2013
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Italian | Pasta | Halal

Before our picnic date at the Marina Barrage, we ordered Domino's Pizza online and went to picked it up at the Sembawang's outlet!
We ordered a Hawaiian Paradise with Onion Rings as sides!
We got the Classic Hand Tossed Crust which is one of their unique Domino Pizza Crust. lol
I love their Hawaiian pizza, there's the classic cheese, ham and pineapple bits tongue
And they have chicken breast bits in it too, making it super worth it to order this smile
All of us agreed on Hawaiian pizza being the most tasty and classic pizza for everyone!
Their onion rings was ok, nothing really special about it but all the same very tasty.
I'm looking forward to the next picnic date with my girlfriends so we can try other pizzas and sides they have!

Have you guys try this fabulous bubble tea store?
This is a must try! shocked
Their bubble tea very nice lol
This time my friend and i decide to return to the original which is bubble milk tea tongue
I always felt that to determine whether a bubble tea store sells nice bubble tea the best is to try their bubble milk tea tongue
I think it's the only Ding Tea i've seen so far so whenever i go to Far East Plaza, i would definitely drink this bubble tea lol
I love their bubble tea, it's very rich flavoured lol
And getting the bubble milk tea is good as there's pearls!
The other flavours do not have which is a downside sad
However this bubble tea store is a must try!!
