This was the first time I try their chicken shredded hor fun and that was fantastic. The stall owner gave a big packet of the hor fun with lots of the gravy inside. Not only that, they gave alot of the shredded chicken meat, vegetables and three mushrooms. It cost only $2.50 for the chicken shredded hor fun. Wow,I had a very very satisfaction and nice lunch today. So much in love with the "Ji Shi Hor Fun." It's super tasty! smile

My Favourite Chwee Kueh Smile Dec 30, 2010

It's the famous bedok chwee kueh and my favourite too. Have a craving for my favourite and rushed down to get it. It was still the nicest chwee kueh that I ever had and it's too tasty to resist the temptation. I like to eat the chwee kueh with lots of their chai bo on it. It's abit oily at times but they served the chwee kueh on brown paper type and can absorbed some of the oil. Normally after I enjoyed my share of the chwee kueh,I would buy home a large packet for my breakfast the next day. It was still nice after you have steamed it up before you eat. smile)

Craving for danish and decided to dropby this Prima Deli in ang mo kio to take a look. I found what I was looking for,the raisin danish. There's a half cherry and I must say its nice to have. But only a few raisin on my danish and I can count the numbers. It's a miserable four raisin. Wish they could put more raisin in the danish. Overall, the danish taste nice and sweet.

Not only Macau have portugese egg tart, crystal jade have the famous egg tart too. It won't lose out to macau for their crust was nicely baked and yet slightly crispy but soft. The egg custard in the egg tart was sweet and fragrant. It was really nice and tasty. If you have not try their portugese egg tart before, must give it a try smile)

Swiss Mushroom bread Smile Dec 30, 2010

Categories : Singaporean | Bakery | Brunch

I had the swiss mushroom burger from burger king before but not this swiss mushroom bread. However, the bread was quite delicious. There was a generous amount of swiss mushroom fillings in the bread and it was moist. The melted creamy cheese coated the mushroom slices and you can taste both the sweetness and saltiness altogether. The freshly baked dough goes very well with the swiss mushroom fillings. It was delicious.
