My first visit to hard rock cafe in singapore which is to this outlet. It kind of like having the building itself. The entrance of it is nice, got a car on top of it too, unique. The food is quite nice, more of western food. Plus point is that there is also music, live band to make the night, the dinner more lively. There is also hard rock shop there, my first hard rock cafe jacket bought from there.

The concept of handlebar is unique, containing motorcycles and parts of them. Their food are in big portions too. Lamb that they cooked does not have the raw taste, very yummy. Chicken chop is great too! and the buffalo wings are EXTREMELY SPICY!! a challenge to eat them, friends ate until sweat. drink water only helps abit haha. More unique of the place is also they use real motor to make part of their machine they use for example the blender to blend drinks they served.

stayed at MBS, and went to try the desserts at the chocolate bar as the desserts looked very nice. Hence, bf and I decided to have a chocolate feast to fill our stomach. some chocolate desserts are nice especially the ice cream. but some are not as they are too sweet, and i am someone who do not like too sweet of desserts. Is a nice restaurant to chill at as it is located at the skypark of MBS, which means at the top floor same as the infinity pool. The wind and view are both as great.

The chef is a molecular gastromist as Chef Ryan had done a presentation of his cooking in my lecture class last year. He was invited by my lecturer and best still, what he doing is what my group had been researching and presenting about. Hence, it was great to meet him in person, see him cook and eat the food too because I know he own the Tippling Club in dempsey, I went there to take a look and try last year. The kitchen looks like a laboratory since molecular gastronomy is fusion between cooking and science. Though the food is expensive for just something small, to go there once to try is a lifetime thing. A unforgettable experience. THUMBS UP!!! I would go to his another restaurant to try too.

It is a nice place to hang out at dempsey.. located near the entrance. went there to chill out quite a few times. the food there is good and they have this unique beer, called Green monster as the beer is green in colour. Not much of a beer lover, but the green monster is not bad. at least not so bitter haha and it said to be good for health. so i guess reddot brewed it in its special way and using unique ingredients, for that I didnt go and ask. They have these rows of alcohol bottles being displayed, which I think is nice and I took photo of them
