What is your favourite snack from old chang kee?
I like their crab nugget !
Crab nugget are rare to be seen in Singapore.
Lucky enough, Old Chang Kee are selling! smile
Their crab nugget are juicy when u bite into it,
breaded with bread crumbs it were crispy but oily!

Not forgetting their sambal chilli toochopstick
goes really well with any snacks you buy!

Besides their signature curry puffs,
they do have: Fishball, Sotong ball, Pies and Chicken Wings... piping HOT! tongue

Astons is famous for affordable and big portions WESTERN FOOD.
And wide range of hot or cold side dish to choose from! smile

I ordered their Grill fish with herb ($8.50) along with onion rings and potato salad.
The fish was thin and dry.
The potato salad given are huge!
Onion rings are nicely fried, not oily or burned.

I strongly recommend that you order their Chicken as the main,
because their chicken are juicy and tender! chopstick

One bowl of chashu ramen please! what you will find in a bowl of goodness...
one piece of chashu, pickled ginger, spring onion and for noodles you can choose either
soft or hard ! I have chosen soft noodles...it tasted like instant noodles but the soup
is really SPECIAL shocked!! The ramen broth has been cooked for many hours... it was light and flavourful smile

Not recommended if you're a big eater!
(Not much noodles was given...not full for me!)

Just ate the improved version tako balls! It much more authentic now!!

They have added finely chopped green onion and pickled red ginger.
It improved the colours too! much more appealing and with a strong pleasant taste lol

Top with the dried fish flakes and mayo! It's definitely FULL MARKS chopstick

My favourite bento Set A....affordable Japanese bento box!
2 sticks of chicken, 1 pork stick and 3 chicken balls.
Which is delicious and the quality of the meats were fresh!

Dissatisfied that the meat has shrink and not enough teriyaki sauce was given.
despite the fact that, the price has increased to $5.80

And unagi is no longer in the menu sad
