If you visit The Grandstand and looking for a budget meal. You have got to check out the herbal soup stall inside the Let's Eat Food Court.

They offer set lunches at $4. I highly recommend their Signature braised Pork Dish with white rice. The signature pork is tender and well braised. There are some fats which makes the pork juicy and yum. It's also served with steam egg and vegetables that changes daily. The vegetables sides makes the meal a well balanced meal one that gives you the overall satisfaction.

I like the ambience of this restaurant. It's very cosy and comfortable.

There is a wine dispenser which you can buy wines to taste, half glass or full glass. It's good to be able to taste their wine before you decide on getting a bottle.

I ordered their lamb shank. Happy that it's served in the manner that I do not need to cut through the bones to get the meat.
The meat had been pulled off the bone and served compact with mash potatoes. The meat is extremely tender and juicy. The sauce was tasted really awesome. We also tried their calamari carbonara. It was rich and creamy dish. The interesting thing about this dish that instead of serving pasta, they replaced that with calamari. The Calamari was also very soft and easy to eat.

The decoration of this place was simply amazing, the environment was so relaxing. You are surrounded by nature and the furnitures used were all so pretty though rustic.We ordered one of the few interesting fries. Taro truffle. This time the truffle did not disappoint. It was served crisp. Taro or yam instead of potatoes was a refreshing change for me. Lovely!One of their signature pizza, squid ink was very good as well. It was so good we had 2 of the same pizza. Squid and rockets all tasted so fresh. The uniqueness of Skinny Pizza is the crispy thin crust, combined with the squid ink. It just leave you wanting for more. We ordered a pork tenderloin. This dish was a bit disappointing. The sauce was tasteless, I cannot figure out what sauce was that. The pork was tough and not tender like what I would expect from tenderloin. It did not tasted great.

This stingray is the best I had every tried by far. The skin is a bit charred on the sides but the flesh beneath was still silky smooth and moist.

The sauce was not too spicy which suits my palette. There were hints of sweet and sour. It's just all so well balanced.
Simply perfect!

I paid $9 for a medium size stingray. For the quality, I feel it's very worth the money!

But I suppose if you like it spicy, then you may find the spice in there lacking.

Happy that they have 1 for 1 for all beers. So we ordered a strawberry lime cider.
It was sweet and tasty. It would be perfect for ladies with sweet tooth.

My main course was roasted chicken with truffle butter sauce. I like that it was roasted just right, not overcooked. Chicken was tender. I am surprised that they serve the meat with salad and whip potato. Because I ordered chicken and did not expect them to serve it complete with sides.
The only disappointment was the truffle taste was not strong at all. Overall this dish was good.

For dessert, we ordered hazelnut praline. It was very rich, smooth and nice.

We also ordered the rainbow cake, this was not as good. It was just pretty but the taste was bland and just a very ordinary sponge cake.
