My mum actually ordered this as she a vegetarian, so on her dish there is no meat. This only costs $1.20, definitely one of the cheapest economics been hoon you are find in Singapore. But the taste was ...er....so-so. They bee hoon was cold and dry. Both my parents shake their head after eating. The cabbage was dry to chew on and very oily. sad

 
They also sell chicken wings at $1 but it don't look appealing at all.

This pig organ soup costs $3.50 and it wasn't very delicious! The ingredients they gave were very little and it was pre-cooked before. They just warm the food before serving to the customers. Although, it was cooked beforehand, the food was not terrible, just that the pig's liver was overcooked and it was very hard! The rice still taste alright. but i will not come again for this.

Chang Cheng Chinese Mixed Vegetable Rice  (Sembawang)

This is one of the worst mixed vegetable rice I had ever eaten, the dish are all so cold and they didn't even bother to turn on the gas to keep the food warm. The steamed egg was too salty and the meat dish was too oily and the onions tasted bitter. I particularly dislike the tofu, it was so sour and made me wonder if it was spoilt! huffy Definitely not worth for food! The total price costs $3.40.

I joined the queue of food stall selling Bak Kut Teh because of the numerous awards they won on TV and newspaper. The waiting time was around 20 minutes. I was so excited for my food, however, it turned out to be a disappointment! It was not as good as I expect it to be. The herbs taste was not stong enough and the meat was too tough for biting. I believe that young children and elderly are unable to enjoy it! sad It costs $3.50 in total with the rice!

I was at Bukit Gombak today and tried this store that was recommended by my friend. Scanning through the pictures on the board, their black carrot cake really attracts me, so i ordered it and haha... i regretted. The look is great, golden, shiny black, but the taste is bad. Their is totally no egg taste at all and i taste is the plain carrot cake with a little chili added. Honestly speaking, I will not recommended this store to anyone! sad
