I had this bowl of freshly made beancurd with glutinous rice balls.The lady boss asked whether i want a mix of two different flavor of glutinous rice balls which are the sesame and peanut.I agreed with her since i can taste both flavor in a bowl.The beancurd is very smooth like jelly texture.The fun part of eating mixed flavor rice ball is that you will never know what you will get next.Every mouthful of smooth beancurd and the rice ball is really satisfying.

Roamed around downtown east and finally found the hao kou wei foodcourt which is besides emicake.Bought the ginger and onion slice with chicken and it come with a sunny side and a small bowl of soup.The chicken taste very fragrant and it seem that the chef added chinese wine to it.The sauce taste similar to sesame chicken but it had more oyster sauce in it.As for the soup it is actually seaweed with eggwhite.The meal cost $5 but there will be discount for ntuc member card.

Together with my friend,we ordered this laksa noodles from the fish ball/minced meat noodles stall for late lunch.The stall owner filled the bowl with the laksa gravy but i was quite disappointed because the coconut milk in the gravy had cluster together making the gravy not so smooth to eat with the noodles.Besides that,the laksa is very mild taste and i had to add more chilli paste to make it spicy.The only plus point is that they gave quite a lot of cockles for a bowl of $2.50 laksa.

As i always eat their chicken with saba fish set,this time round i had this hotplate sotong set for dinner.At the first look the red sauce seems spicy but when i tasted,it is more to tomato chilli sauce.The sotong is not overcook and it had the chewy and tangy bite.The sauce is very appetizing and i can eat two bowl of rice just with the sauce.This korean cuisine stall never fail to bring me delicious korean food with reasonable foodcourt price.

This vegetarian stall is by the famous eight immortal(八仙) vegetarian.There are mixed veggie rice or tze char style available.Ordered their noodles with mushroom gravy.There are quite a lot of ingredients on it,like the mock meat,tofu,spring onion,mushrooms and vegetables.The mushroom gravy is not salty nor bland and it taste just nice to go with the noodles.Besides that,the price is very reasonable since it is located in the foodcourt.
