A-Team's Sunday dinner @ Fatty Fong Seafood Restaurant again cos Kogu needs to go the market where his stall is to meet up with supplier. Also we have not been here for few months already.Our usual dish is Cereal Prawn/ Squid but this time round, we ordered Cereal Chicken. Chicken are cut into cubes & are very tender. Cereals are sweet with a hint of spicy from the curry leaves & chili padi.Im carving for Fried Squid cos the last time I had during Eeling's birthday dinner at Lai Huat is a little disappointing. This is super crispy & sweet!

Apart from the above, we also ordered some usual stuffs like Broccoli with Scallop, Curry Fish Head, Salted Egg Prawn (The salted egg dish here is slightly different as we the egg white is still visible), Chai Po Egg & Fish Maw Soup.

Once again, I met up with OpenRicers midas400 & happybaby03 to collect our contest prize from OpenRice. After collecting our prizes, we went dinner at Imperial Treasure Noodle & Congee House, ION. We were lucky to secure a table within 5 mins even though there a queue.midas400 & myself saw this Crispy Pig Intestines on the menu we decided o order it even when we have already ordered 5 dishes. It is soft yet crispy, so no regrets lah! Spinach with 3 types of egg (Egg, Salted Egg & Century Egg)3 BBQ Combinations - Roast Pork, Roast Duck & Char Siew. All's good but I reckon next time I will just order the Roast Pork cos I didn't have enough & can't get enough of it. Even the little girl who is with us can't get enough of the roast pork!Chicken with Yam in Claypot. It was simmered with coconut milk & it taste kinda wired. It tastes like bur-bur-cha-cha! By the way, the lady taking our orders had already pre-warned us that it tasted like bur-bur-cha-cha, haha!

Tea break @ Carpenter and Cook for tarts, tea & gossip. Apart from being a cafe, most of the decors are all available for sale. Pretty interesting place.Banoffee. The banana inside the cake is very sweet, but the coffee extract on top of it ia way too bitter. Passionfruit Meringue Tart. A little too sour on the passionfruit even the sweetness of the meringue can't musk away the sourness. Do this only if you can take real sour stuff.Double Chocolate Muffin is sweet & a little dry on the crown. Prefers Famous Amous's muffin!

A nice place for chilling out but nothing much to rave about the food.

Boss's treat! Finally the long-awaited department dinner!We have been talking about the department dinner for the past 2 months and finally it happened! For the first time, the venue is in a Chinese restaurant - Imperial Treasure Nan Bei Restaurant cos there is no Muslim team-mate now, so we don't have to specifically pick a Halal restaurant! Squid with Salted Egg Yolk - $16: is coated with thick layer of salted egg & the squid is nicely cooked.Seasoned Bean with Minced Pork - $10: Tastes pretty generic.Peking Duck - $55: Skin is super crispy & not oily. The wrap is also served warmed & it's very soft. However, the serving of the vegetable is slightly little. BBQ Combo - $18: We ordered BBQ Combo of Chicken, Roast Pork & Char Siew, but they ran out of Char Siew! Nothing to rave about on the chicken, but the Roast Pork skin is very crispy. It is also very tender & the ration between fat & lean meat meat is just nice.Beancurd with Seafood - $20: Nothing to rave about apart from the fresh seafood.

Having a birthday celebration at Tea Bone China, Sam requested that I help to buy 2 slices of Birthday cake from TCC for the birthday girls, but I ended up buying from Medzs cos they look prettier than those displayed at TCC. Surprisingly, both the cake taste pretty good besides looking goodTruffle Chocolate $6.5 is very chocolaty, cake is soft & fluffySalted Caramel Cheesecake $6.5 doesn't have much of the cheesy taste. cake is also soft & fluffy
