The one thing I really dig about Symmetry is the deco of the place. It is just so beautiful, with the perfect romantic ambience for you gather with your friends or get one of the window seats and enjoy a romantic meal with your partner. Drinks there are pretty ok. I really like my hot chocolate which is perfect for the recent rainy days!This was the dish which I paid close to $23 bucks for. It was so unsatisfying cause the smoked salmon was too salty and honestly, $23 for a plate of veggies? I was expecting more of a ”MAIN” instead of a salad!The money spent on my Smoked Salmon should have been put into the truffle spaghetti which was oh so perfecto! The Norwegian, which I was deciding on earlier. Pretty good in portions and they were definitely generous with the ingredients! Should have ordered this!Forgot what this was, but it was one of their all day brekkie items which was pretty good too! The bacon is a little too fatty for my liking though!Forgot the name of this dish too Beef flank if I am not wrong and it came all tender juicy and bursting with flavour!

Symmetry is a place which I would recommend as a a try it at least once kind of place The truffle spaghetti and beef flank is what I recommend you to come back for, cause those are 2 dishes that popped up in my head when you mention “Symmetry”

Prices are pretty oddly priced for this place. I mean look at my Smoked Salmon Main. 23 Bucks for that? The ambience pretty much makes up for it though.

Finding parking for this location can be quite a chore, I would instead recommend you to walk over from Bugis which will take you 10 minutes

Headed down to The Coastal Settlement, which was located at Changi with my partner for a nice brunch this Sunday. I was a little apprehensive at first, cause I have read so many good/negative reviews, I am not sure what to expect when I step into the place.But lets just say that I am very pleasantly surprised!The truffle mushroom fettuccine is fantastic in the flavours! I love the generious amount of shaved Parmesan cheese cause they create just a “POW” to the tastebuds! Thick cream sauce which can get quite “jelat” if you had too much of it, so it would be a good idea to share.The pizza is equally fantastic! Look like the whole pile of toppings on top of it! The beef was so succulent and the boyfriend just keep going “THIS IS SO GOOD. BEST PIZZA EVER” Crust was all hot, crunchy and fragrant. So tell me have I used all my vocabulary to describe how good this pizza is?

I don’t know about you, but I always have a problem finding a dining location in town which isn’t too expensive or one of the typical restaurant chains in Singapore.I was really glad to discover &MADE, Singapore’s First Restaurant by Three Michelin Starred chef, Bruno Menard!Tried their milkshake which was really too sweet that I left 1/2 of it untouched. I would suggest that you ask they to go easy in the honey for this drink &MADE Fries comes in a variety of flavours and I like their Garlic and Vinegar version! But the best thing is actually their very own BBQ Sauce which is definitely not available else where!

Chunky sauces are the best! All of us asked for several servings cause it is just so addictive!The other items I would recommend are the Toastoos which are “New Generation Sandwich made with French Buckwheat Crepes”. I manage to sneak bites of my friends’ and the crispy exterior and gooey yummy cheesy interior had me going “OMGGG WHY DIDN’T I ORDER THIS!”

Considering that you are eating food items hand-crafted by a Michelin Chef, prices for this casual dining restaurant is pretty reasonable where you can get your mains for less than $20!

I have previously walked by this place, but dismissed it as another typical steamboat restaurant. But my friends around started raving about it and that sparked my curiosity enough to grab my friends there for a birthday dinner!We started things of with a Set of 4 ($69.90) and healthy vegetables ($14.90, super EX in my opinion)The soup base is so fricking nice I just keep slurping it up and I think i pretty much cleared all of it at the end of the meal!

Mookata’s price is pretty crazy in my honest opinion. We end up coughing up 40+ bucks per pax for this meal! I have heard of other stores with the same concept with people paying 20-30 bucks at max and the food is fantabulous too!

But for now, before I get to taste another store. This is pretty much the place for me at the moment!

I have previously dismissed this place to be pretty and without substance, but looks like I am proven wrong, cause I enjoyed the food very much here! Good food and great for people watching, this might be my new hangout place with my colleagues after work! I did read other reviews where they have mentioned great coffee too. Hope you will enjoy this place as much as I did!This was my order and it s really good in terms of serving and portion size. You know what would be even better in this caesar salad? Sundried tomatoes!Surprisingly good. I hate dry cakes, but this was moist and flavour-some!
