苦瓜魚片湯 noodles. I ordered the bittergourd fish slice. The bittergourd was really a lot. In my opinion too much. However it is nice that the bittergourd ain't that bitter. The fish was so-so. The soup was alright, left me a little thirsty but it generally felt healthy. I thought that it could be Bette with a little more ginger in the soup. Overall the dish was okay.

The usual price for chiso zenmai is 14.99++ so if you add free flow drinks is $20. But I didn't want the free flow drink so the price was $17.65 but they gave me a free drink anyway because I was so late into the buffet. Because the ended at 3pm. I tried the salmon sashimi and it was okay.. but they didn't refill it after that already T T so sad, probably because its closing soon.

The desserts are nice! Love the soft serve ice cream added with brownies. Should have taken more icecrwam but they were closing already. Too baddd

Generally their food is good and worth it for $17.65 smile

We bought the normal one, but we didn't get the crushed ice one! By accident. Anyway. We ate the normal one but its still as awesome, the grass jelly was more so its shook. I really love their taro ball, and the pearl was so soft and chewy. The sweet potato strip was nice but I was just okay with it as its a little sweet but I like the texture when I'm chewing it. It was a little regret that we didn't get the shaved ice on this hot day.

Dinner at bugis+ ramen champion OK Sep 18, 2013

tonkutsu ramen

I ate from this shop in bugis+ called ramen champion, and I ate the ramen tonkutsu soup base. The ramen noodle is really different from normal, abit small like U-mian so I was quite shocked. But finishing the whole noodle I was filled. The soup base was a little too salty and thick to my liking, but my friends enjoyed it more. I paid about $12.20 for it and I think it was rather worth it.

I ordered a lotus root pork rib soup and a pumpkin rice for $4.80. I enjoyed the pumpkin rice as the pumpkin was not overpowering and it was tasty with the cabbage. And the rice wasn't too oily which is good. The soup is nice but it was a little too salty. The lotus root was too little (in my opinion) but the pork rib was good and soft. Overall I think its a really nice soup dish for the afternoon.
