Kouign amann OK Dec 09, 2014
Categories : Bakery

Am a fan of the kouign amann since the bakery arrived on our shores. Decided to try the new coconut gula melaka kouign amann but was a tad disappointed because it tasted so much like the original one. Should add more gula melaka taste to it! Hot chocolate was well done though

Patbingsu galore Smile Dec 09, 2014

Ordered the green tea bingsu which was not bad! Love the crunch from the cornflakes. But nothing can beat the one i had in seoul. Will be back to try the rice cake bingsu which seemed more special. Not very cheap though but very satisfying on a hot humid day.

Good coffee Smile Dec 09, 2014

The chili crab mantou pasta was too spicy for me! Couldnt finish it in the end. But the fried chicken was tender n juicy. The coffee and hot chocolate was also good with pretty latte art! Love the decor and ambience too. On certain days, kids dine for free and there's 1 for 1 pasta on thursday (if i recall correctly).

Vegetarian food Smile Dec 09, 2014

Ordered sweet potato porridge, soya bean porridge, yam rolls, hot mochi n soya bean milk. Porridge was smooth but didnt really taste like soya bean. Yam rolls was good n crispy. Soya bean milk a tad powdery. Mochi is like normal tang yuan coated with sesame powder.

Afternoon perk-me-ups OK Oct 22, 2013
Categories : Caribbean | Café

I ordered a chai latte which was very diluted. I couldn't taste much of the chai spices and I guess it could be considered pretty bland.

My sister's coffee latte was pretty okay but nothing worth dying for. Besides, the latte art (as shown) aren't very well done/pretty.

Wanted to get the tea time special (cake + coffee/tea) for a reasonable $8 ( i think) but was too full.

In short, there are places with better coffee around!!!
