Seafood in Spicy Crab Sauce

Seafood in Spicy Crab Sauce

Creation Café is nestled at a corner of Level 1 beside T.A.S.T.E Food. Creation café is very small and quite cramped. It is usually very crowded during lunch hour. They mainly serve pasta, all sorts of pasta. For around $12, you will get a soup, pasta and a drink. I would say it is pretty value for money. I decided to try Seafood in Spicy Crab Sauce today. The sauce is slightly similar to Chili Crab Sauce, but it is lighter, less eggy, sweet and spicy. There are 2 medium sized prawns, a few tiny scallops, a piece of salmon and some sotong. The seafood are fresh and not over cooked. smile

Burgers! Smile Nov 13, 2013

Came across Charlie & Co. on a Wednesday evening, at about $15 to $20, it is pretty costly for a burger. But still decided to give it a try. There are choices like Truffle Fries, Brie and Blue Cheese for toppings, and the beef patties are Australian Wagyu. I ordered the All Day Breakfast Burger. The entire plate of All Day Breakfast is packed in between two burger bun generously brushed with melted butter. There is ham, bacon, cheese and egg in the burger and every bite is mouthwatering! The flavor is well-balance and the ham and bacon is not too salty. Would return to try their Wagyu burgers.

This Fish Soup stall that is situated at Luk Lu Eating House is one of the best fish soups I have eaten! The queue is very long, especially during lunch hour. The soup is aromatic and savory and the stall owner is very generous in their serving. They offer both fried fish and white fish. Both are fresh and tender. Although it is hot and humid whenever I eat this bowl of Fish Soup, it is definitely worth it. lol

Molten Chocolate Cake

Molten Chocolate Cake

If you are looking for good and filling western food, head down to Chili’s. Their signature Pulled Pork Burger is superb. Served with a generous serving of french fries, if you are not a big eater, it’s better to share the set with someone.  They even have free-flow drinks for just $7. With a pub like set up, you can just sit there and chill with your friends and enjoy the free-flow drinks. If you are a chocolate lover, don’t forget to order their signature Molten Chocolate Cake. A chocolate cake with hot fudge filling topped with chocolate coated vanilla ice cream. Delicious!!!

Thai-Indonesian Cuisine Smile Nov 04, 2013

Feels like going back in time when I first stepped into this cozy restaurant located at 44 Kandahar Street. The restaurant is fully decorated with vintage stuff. Before ordering, I can’t help but to keep looking around for interesting decorations. We ordered four dishes – cold tofu, green curry chicken, vegetable and coffee pork rib. They served rice in a wooden weaved basket and it is refillable! The coffee pork rib is the star among all dishes. It is lightly scented with coffee and the taste is sweet with slight bitterness. smile The vegetable is well stir fry and delicious. The cold tofu is normal and I think it is not worth the price.

Recommended Dish(es):  Coffee Pork Rib
