This cost around $8, pretty expensive but the eel and tamago were pretty big and thick in slices. The sweet taste of the egg and eel together with the textures and mouthfeel of everything was quite shiok
This is my must-order whenever it's available at whichever Japanese restaurant I'm at. I absolutely love the soft, slightly cooked yet still a little raw salmon.
Another one of my favourites at Sushi Tei. This never fails
