Love Dim Sum? Victor's kitchen is the place to go.

Ice Milk Tea
To prevent their drinks from getting diluted, the owners decided to chill their drinks in a separate container. This is the amount of pride they have on their drinks

Char Siew Rice rolls
The perfect blend of sauce and filling. Delicious =)

Toufu skin with prawn paste
Yummy and speechless. Just eat it when it's hot.

Giant Haw Gao
A classic and must have =)

Liu Sar Bao

A Taiwanese Chop Affair Smile Jan 14, 2014

Chance across this yummy eatery along Middle road. Was quite skeptical of the name Supreme pork chop, but decided to give it a try.

The place looks like a small coffee shop and the menu looks plain and ordinary.

This Beauty here is the Chicken Cutlet rice. The rice is topped with their braised gravy which makes the rice fragrant. The Chicken is very well seasoned and super tender but yet crispy. The preserved veg is one of the best i have eaten.

A very good & cheap meal for those on the rush.

Yummy Noodles in mince meat broth.

Need i say more?

This famous noodles have 2 other fierce competitors which each offers different views on the style of cooking. From eating it dry to having a richer flavour to the Broth.

But this to me is still the best one of the three.

Granny Pancake located at Whampoa Market. Truly a gem that was lost & found smile.

This Pancake comes in 4 flavours. 1. Peanut & sugar, 2. Red bean, 3. Coconut and the best one. 4. Peanut butter.

Each pancake cost $0.70, except the peanut butter which is 80cts. Filling of the pancake is very generous and top notch quality.

Best Fish Soup =) Smile Jan 13, 2014

This Simple but yet surprisingly addictive fish soup that exist in whampoa Makan Place. This Fish soup always have a long queue, but the taste is definitely worth the wait. The secret to their long term success is the broth. In side the broth is 8 hours worth of stewing the fish bones. Not only is the soup heavenly, the choice of fish that the shop uses is both yummy and value for money. For $4 you get a bowl of heaven served with yummy slices of fried fish with the surprising crispy fish bones at the bottom of the broth that gives the soup it's unique kick.

If you want to try this stall, do not come after 2pm as the fish soup is while stock last and usually does not last till 1.30pm
