It's a fishy day!! That day, 4 of us went to Causeway Point's Manhattan Fish Market for Fish & Chip. 4 of us ordered the same dish simply because the fish and chip is always awesome! I had tried fish manhattan quite a lot of times. 95% of the time I will order the Manhattan Fish & Chip. The fish they used was Dory fish. It was always so tender when I tried to cut them into smaller pieces. The serving was always quite big for me, but I was able to finish it all the time. The fries was nice too, unlike many places, Manhattan Fish Market uses big fries and I was always satisfied with it, because I can feel the potatoes in my mouth, not just the crispy part of it. There's some veggies beside the fries and the fish. It's like a small portion of salad. Whenever I bite a few mouthful of the fish and chip, I will eat some veggie. It made the whole dish not so plain and heaty as the veggies were fresh and crunchy.

I'm always craving for SUBWAY! Sadly, there's no nearby shopping centre that has Subway restaurant. I love the $5 combos promotions. It's all day, everyday and with that, I can save more money. For this promotion, selected combo meal comes with a small drink of your choice. I ordered Cold Cut Trio combo meal this time. The bread I have chosen was Parmesan, and the veggiesI have added was lettuce and tomato. Majority of the time, I will add barbeque sauce and honey mustard to my sandwich because when they are mingled up, it taste fantastic! With this combo meal, adding a piece of cookie is only $1 extra, so I have upsize my meal with a Macadamia Cookie. I love it because it is sweet and chewy!

This was my first time dining at old town, it seemed not bad to me before entering this restaurant because there were quite a lot of customers in and out. Most of them are regular customers I guess as they knew what to order without looking at the menu. My darling recommended me the nasi lemak there, so we both ordered the same food. It was delicious (: By looking at this photos that we had taken, the food still look as awesome to me! The nasi lemak are like other nasi lemaks at many nearbys. However, there’s some crispy cracker with it, and it taste fantastic with the rice. I love the sambal a lot !! It’s spicy and a little sweet. The cucumbers were very fresh and crunchy, the chicjen wing was cripsy and it all just taste so well inside my mouth. There’s no reason for me not to go back and grab myself another plate of this!! Although it's a little expensive, it's worth it !

I love fishball noodles! Especially at E.A.T! It is very famous for noodles like laksa, dry minced meat mee pok(a type of noodle), fishball noodle etc. Whenever I order this, I will request for more chilly because it taste extra delicous and I love spicy food. I will also request for more soup as I can swallow better and it is delicious too. Even though almost every food court has this type of noodle, people who loves noodle should try eating at E.A.T because the sauce and chilly will definitely make you drool.

I think most people more or less are aware of this brand, called “Lao Ban”. It is very famous for beancurd, and they only sell beancurd, but with many different flavours. Each time I have to queue for about 10 to 15 minuntes if I was not the first few to be there at the beginning of their daily opening. This can tell how popular is their beancurd. There’s two outlets in the whole Singapore only. I always go to the one at old airport road as it is nearer. Besides lao ban, there are many other beancurd stalls at that area. Others have a lot of customers too, but when lao ban opens their stall for business, almost all of the customers dashed to their stall and formed a long queue. I think that it is because of the taste and the texture of the beancurd. It is so smooth that it will melt inside your mouth with you chewing it.
