Han's Grilled Fish  Smile Jul 03, 2012
Categories : Café

Tried Han's for the first time for lunch and found it really good. The grilled fish is succulent and juicy and grilled just right. The fish is not burnt and quite a big serving. Each serving is served with fries and quite a generous serving of vegetables. The fires were not those type you find in Macdonalds and I could actually taste potatoes when I bite into to fries. The salad was quite nice and the sauce that was poured over it wasn't too much and had a slightly sour taste to keep your appetite going. Generally a good meal and highly recommended to all! lol

Omelette Pad Thai Smile Jul 03, 2012
Categories : Thai

Famous for its thai food, the shop sells a variety of authentic thai food for thai food lovers. This plate of Omelette Pad Thai is one of its signature dish. The pad thai is served and wrapped with a well cooked omelette. The omelette is warm and yummy, well cooked and served piping hot. Within the omelette there is an array of ingredients such as vegetables, noodles and seafood. Overall not too spicy or salty and recommended for people who miss thailand and thai food. lol

Tea-Coffee ice drink  Smile Jun 22, 2012

Categories : Cantonese/Hong Kong | Bakery | Stall / Kiosk

For $2 a cup, this cup of tea-coffee ice drink (yuan yang) has a rich taste and blend of coffee and tea. It is my faourite cup of ice tea-coffee drink as each cup has a relatively sufficient serving and taste really refreshing in a hot day. The coffee and tea and boiled and made fresh daily and is a popular drink. The stall also sells other types of tea/coffee drinks which are also worth trying such as red tea etc. Overall a really good drink and for those who love tea/coffee, you will like this. tongue

This lovely new flavour was launched and as there was a promotion for this drink, I decided to give it a try and was not disappoijted by my choice. The brown rice milk tea had a fragrant taste and mix of tea and rice and these tasted very well when mixed together. The milk was not too sweet and carried a strong taste of tea unlike some stores who sells milk tea that lacked the taste of tea. The pearls were really chewy and the red.beans were soft and sweet. A reqlly yummy drink for all!! smile

Yummy fishball and cheese toufu Smile Jun 19, 2012

Categories : Cantonese/Hong Kong | Dim Sum

For slightly more than a dollar each, these road side snacks are popular amongst the youth and working population. The fishball stick has four fishballs and has chilli drizzled over the fishballs. The chilli is good and fragrant and not too spicy, carrying a slightly sweet taste. The fishballs are springy and chewy and goes well with the chilli. As for the cheese toufu, I would say it was a plesant surprise for me! There is a burst of rich cheese with each bite and though the toufu tasted more like fishcake it was still good for me! I would recommend a little chilli to go with the cheese toufu to enrich the taste lol
