Mee Rebus  OK Jul 04, 2012
Categories : Singaporean

For $3.50 per plate, the serving of the mee rebus is acceptable for a meal and I like the sauce that is poured over the yellow noodle. The noodles are boiled just right and are not too soggy. The mee rebus sauce which is important is not too sweet or salty and matches well with the green chili sprinkled over it. The green chili are sliced fresh and are not spicy unlike the red ones. A half-boiled egg also accompanies each serving is I liked the fried onion pieces that were sprinkled over the noodles. Overall a not too sweet or overly salty dish smile

Mango Pudding  OK Jul 04, 2012
Categories : Hawker Centre

For slightly more than a dollar, the mango pudding has nata de coco bits in it. The pudding was slightly chilled and would have tasted better if it was chilled. I found the jelly a little too sweet and though the mango taste could be tasted but I still founf the jelly too sweet. The nata de coco were chewy and adds texture to the pudding. I still prefer the fresh fruits and drinks they offer so I guess i will just stick to those tongue

Pepper Chicken Set  OK Jul 04, 2012
Categories : Singaporean | Food Court | Brunch

For $3.80 per set, each set comes with a hot plate, a bowl of rice and soup. The chicken is tender and quite a big portion of chicken. However I found the pepper sauce slightly too salty and sweet and had a strong pepper taste and a slight buring sensation at my throat. The rice was well cooked and was not too soft or hard and the soup was served slightly hot so generally a satisfying meal though it was not fantastic

Hot Honey Lemon! Smile Jul 04, 2012   (Related Review)

For two dollars per cup, the stall sells a variety of drinks that are popular and this honey lemon comes in both hot and cold. I decided to have the hot warm since my throat wasn't feeling too good and found that I really liked the drink. Though it is a little expensive but the ingredients used are fresh and has a strong taste of honey and lemon. 2 slices of lemon were added and mixed with the honey. I would recommend you to use a straw to squeeze the lemon juices out and I really enjoyed this warm drink. Highly recommended for all and not sugar was added as well so fresh and original! lol

Taiwan style Oyster Mee  OK Jul 04, 2012
Categories : Taiwanese

For $3.80 per bowl, the serving of noodle is quite small and perfect for an afternoon snack. One of the stall's highlight and a popular taiwan xiao chi or small snack, the mee sua or fine mee is soaked in sauce. Finely sliced boiled chicken and a few pieces of oysters are added to eat serving. The sauce is not too sweet or salty and blends well with the noodle. The noodle has a rich taste of the sauce as the sauce are soaked into it. The oysters are quite fresh and juicy. Every bite of the oyster will bring you back to the sea side. Overall a good snack though if there were more oysters, it would have been better tongue
