This is my favourite bean curd stall. The cold sweet bean curd has perfect texture - the right degree of softness and smoothness, is not too sweet and is 100% natural,i.e., made from whole soy beans, not from powder. It's made on site and takes like 10 hours from start to finish. They also have black soy milk, made from black soy beans. they used to make black bean curd, but not anymore, which is its as it was really good, nicer than the white type, a slightly more custard-like texture. The stall is open most days of the week, till about 10.30 pm.
