I have been to to the Koufu at West Mall many times, but I have never tried the Lemon Chicken Rice there. I like lemon chicken rice, so I decided to get a plate of that. When I saw the food, looking at the colour of the chicken, I knew it wouldn't be that nice. As expected, it didn't turn out good. The chicken was very little, mostly fats, and it was very artificial. It tasted something like frozen fish fingers, but it is chicken. That kind of feeling and texture, that kind of hardness. It wasn't even tasty. I don't think I would want to eat that anymore.

I felt hungry and wanted to grab something small to eat. I saw Jollibean and decided to buy something. I wanted to try something different, so I bought the chocolate fudge pancake light thing, that costed $1.10. I expected real chocolate fudge, because of the name, but all that awaited me was soft mushy filling, something like red bean. I was disappointed and it didn't taste as good as expected. I won't buy it anymore, but I would still visit Jollibean to grab a cup of soya milk or crispy peanut pancake.

I didn't feel like eating so I just ordered whatever I saw. I happened to notice the Hokkien Mee stall, so I asked my dad to get me a plate. The price of it was $4+. I regretted buying that as it didn't taste as good as what I expected. It was too salty and tasteless. I couldn't finish and had to give the rest to my dad. I think that it should be less salty as it makes me lose my appetite. I don't think I would order that again.

I didn't know what to eat and I finally settled on ramen. At first, I wanted to take the chicken ramen, but I saw beef ramen and decided to order that. Even before the food came, I knew the beef wasn't going to be like those found in good restaurants, but I ordered it anyway. When I ate it, the beef was tough, as expected. The ramen was nice however the beef was a little too tough and I had some trouble eating and chewing it. Still, I finished my food, not wanting to waste anything. Well, I don't think I would eat that again, as my teeth would hurt chewing such tough beef.

Again, I went to Pastamania. And again, I ate the same thing, bolognese set, which came with a drink and 3 garlic bread. The garlic bread tasted alright. However, I think that the bolognese in pastamania is getting worse as this time, my pasta had very little sauce and it didn't look as appetizing as before. Still, it was nice, but not that nice. The sauce was a little sweet and because there wasn't much sauce, the pasta wasn't tasty and I had to cherish every little bit of sauce I had. Maybe it was just that time that the sauce was so pathetic, but I hope that the next time I go there, there would be more sauce, just like the old times.
