Tried the new drink, Kyuri Ice Blended, a new series of drinks that's introduced during the summer period (now) by Mr Bean!

Got kyuri ice blended 12oz for $3 (16oz for $3.50) , to be honest, I do not know what's the flavour of it until I took the first sip. It tasted like cucumber with soya milk blended together with ice. I guess not many will like this as my friend didn't like it, even though I found it quite refreshing for the hot weather! But it's a unique combination, though abit pricey.

Always looked to gong cha for my bubble tea fix and since my friends and I were going to watch a movie at cineleisure, we went over to scape to get gong cha before the movie! I always have a problem choosing which drink to buy because I prefer their milk tea over the rest, my problem was solved when I saw that they have a new drink, Lychee Milk Tea on a promotional price of $2.50!

And as usual, I choose 50% for my sugar level. Despite that, the drink tasted really sweet because of the lychee flavour. So, I recommend that for drinks which are fruity and somewhat sweet in nature, just get 50% or lesser for the sugar level, it will be just right! Nevertheless, I still quite like it because of the unique gongcha milk in it! Give it a good shake for a more blended taste!

Even though the queue was quite long but we still managed to get our drinks in 10mins!

I just simply love coming here to eat after movies because it is a cheaper alternative to other cafes/restaurants in cineleisure, and avoiding the crowd at the food court!

I love wanton mee, and it's quite difficult to find good ones in town, so pontian wanton mee is next to best! Ordered 2 sets with my friend and 1 set costs $4.80 and comes with a drink! I prefer my wanton mee with tomato sauce as it adds some flavour to it. Got the water chestnut for my drink and it tasted pretty good! Not too sweet but refreshing. I didn't really like the lime juice that my friend got as it's abit too sour for me. The wanton mee was springy and nice! But I think that more char siew should have been added! I prefer the wanton in the soup more than the fried wanton as the fried wanton wasn't crispy anymore when it was served.

I've been to the coffeeshop for quite a few times and every time I'm there, my parents would order the curry fish head. On a Sunday eveing, we went to the neighbourhood to have dinner there as all other coffeeshops were closed. There wasn't much crowd at 6pm so it was still quite good!

We ordered 4 dishes to go, plus 4 plates of rice. We had king pork ribs, hotplate egg tofu, curry fish head and a large bowl of soup! The food came within 10mins of ordering, the curry fish head came last when we were eating halfway. The pork ribs were nice and crunchy, not too hard to bite on. I love the hotplate tofu! It was still sizzling hot when it was sent to our table and the egg tofu were soft and silky to taste! The curry fish head was of a right spiciness for me and I really enjoyed it a lot. It has a whole fish inside and we almost couldn't finish it. The soup has a nice taste but could be made hotter when served. In total we spent $52!

So happy to know that there's a lao ban stall near my house! I walked past it a couple of times but always never had the time to stop by and buy some home!

I still like the original beancurd ($1.50) compared to other flavours. It's smooth, milky and silky to taste! There's a short queue when I went to buy but it moved really fast because there's no preparation of food as the beancurd are already packed in the plastic containers.
