The group of us decided to get the giant Marble Slab Celebration Platter to share since we are all lovers for ice cream as our dessert. There are 6 of us so this platter is actually just nice for us. In total there's 10 huge scoop of ice cream with waffles in the middle topped up with maple syrup.

My favorite of all flavors is definitely the red velvet (which happen to be the majority favorite thus it was snatched up fast) and also the cheesecake flavor. Both flavors is unique in its way and very creamy. It is also not that sweet too. The waffle is fluffy and best to eat them warm for the crispiness! The branch at bugis plus is quite spacious and can accommodate about 20 seaters I think.

I decided to walk over to have tze char at Leong Ji Seafood. I ordered a few dishe, including Andy's favorite, which is the "hot plate seafood". This dish is actually a mixture of seafood such as sotong, prawns, fish meat, lady fingers and etc in this very nice special curry chili sauce. The sizzling hot plate keeps the seafood warm and the chili sauce hot too. The sauce tasted a little sweet but spicy and goes well with white rice. I guess I will be back to just have this dish with white rice is enough.

My mother likes to buy a packet of the assorted ang ku kueh from Ji Xiang confectionary when she is around the area. I remember it use to have only 3 main flavors (peanut, sweet and salty tau sar). But I now I think they have come out with new flavors to cater for their younger crowd customers; flavors such as sweet corn,, yam, green tea, durian etc. I love their yam and sweet tau sar flavor. The filling inside the ang ku kueh is very full and the skin is very thin also. One bite of it and you can straightaway bite into the sweet filling inside.

Got my soup craving satisfied at Soup Broth Asia!

As my partner and I couldn't decide on which soup to get, we decided to order a set for 2 (which comes in 2 Rice Bowls + 2 Soups + 2 Side Dishes + 1 Dessert) and another additional order of 1 Soup.

The 3 soups we got are: Sumo Nabe Soup, Tom Yam Talay and Perfect 10. Each of the 3 soups has got its own distinctive style.

The Sumo Nabe Soup is quite milky in color and with lots of fresh ingredients in it such as chicken thigh meat, egg and vegetables. The Tom Yam Talay is spicy yet shiok, comes in clear tom yum broth which is my favorite. The Perfect 10 is more towards the herbal side and again, with fresh ingredients in it. The taste of all 3 soups are unique and nice, just that it wasn't as hot as I expected, in fact the soup is in lukewarm temperature. The dessert is Longan Ice Jelly, which tasted quite bland and normal to me.

Decided to get a large 14" pizza for the family since it was on a 1 for 1 deal from Canadian pizza. We chose to have 2 gourmet special pizza of the same flavor - Gourmet Smoked Salmon Scallops and Prawns as this has always been the family favorite. For the price of $42 for 2 pizza (1 for $21), I thought it is a good deal as the pizza is filled with fresh seafood such as smoked salmon, scallops and prawns. It was still hot from oven when the pizza man delivered our pizza and the taste is awesome. I thought the pizza has better crust than any other pizza chain though.
