Being a teen in st pats, you gotta learn and love music.... there cant be anything more than enjoy playing your own tunes....

There was a studio near Katong shopping centre... So after school we headed here and then headed to the studio... They had the Mc-pepper burger if i wasn't wrong that was offered in some occasions... I remembered the taste being extremely peppery and really tasty... i wonder why they dont do it anymore...

After which, i would have a dessert to finish off my meal... i was pretty heavy though during this period of my life but the mcpepper burger was a hit...

Fortune, fame, mirror vain... gone insane... but the memory remains!!!

I remember when Vurger just opened at this coffee shop... I was around 18 or 19 years old... They had a vast array of bugers but the one burger i could never forget was the cranberry burger..

2 toasted bun.... 1 slice of thick beef patty.... a slice of cheese and some cranberry sauce over the patty for garnish....It was made fresh in the day.... and the properly kept meat is really tender upon sinking your teeth into the meat..

The service was pretty good.... nothing bad about them...pretty friendly people... Well this was a first for this coffee shop... Usually based from experience, the western food stalls at this coffee shop never last long except for one which was called DS grill... awesome food.. but nevertheless VURGER made a name for themselves and wowed the crowd of whampoa...

Hmm this stall is like your economical stall... Theres nothing more you can say about this stall...

Food is good... cheap and the service is great...

There are a lot of variety here... from nasi lemak to porridge to rickshaw puller mee hoon to assorted cheap dishes such as egg, sausage, tahu, yea and many more...

They also serve things like chee cheong fan, chwee kueh etc.. Theres no particular dish that i can say but this is one place where the food is simple and cheap.

Whenever i am back early or anything... i can always try this place out...

Never been a fan of chinese food Smile Apr 22, 2013

The only time i eat Chinese food is when i eat chicken rice, Chinese mixed vegetable rice and maybe beef noodles... else i would not really eat it...

My friends and i decided to head there to celebrate my friends birthday. i have never been a great fan of Chinese food because i simply am not used to the taste and some things i cant eat...

The place is a very cozy joint... small tables and small stools... not very comfortable for a big guy but anyways it doesn't matter cause i was quite excited about trying out the new food that i was going to taste but with caution...

We ordered braised duck (a first for me), Claypot frog legs (also a first for me) and we ordered claypot beancurd, spinach with some gravy and some sweet and sour pork... each served with rice...

I have got to say, that the sweet and sour pork was quite good... the spinach was healthy... fantastic... and then the bean curd.. really soft served with egg... i liked it...

Then the Taste buds were kind of ready to try out something new... duck first... I took the first bite... hmmm quite nice... taste a bit stronger than chicken.... i felt so like eeiiishh... but i took it down and upon taking the 2nd piece... i was more or less ok with it...

Lastly, I tried the frogs legs... Ok so i had to try and take a small piece at a time.... Hmm taste really strange but i was more or less ok aft mixing with sauce... My friends told me to try out the frog legs porridge at Geylang Lorong 3... Hmm that will take awhile...

Oh wells... it wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. Though i am not a very big fan of this... i guess i will be more accustomed to it in the future...

In my opinion 8/10 for everything...
