A special birthday cake from several close friends, they bought me a Mille Feuille. It would be the best I had so far. Bakerzin was now offered more varieties in their specialty selections with the price were reasonable too.

Layers of puff pastry and custard cream, it topped with Icing Sugar, Berries and Macarons. Both of these ingredients appeared to bind a firmer and smoother cake. I like its dense in such good way. The spongy cheese added a little tang that balanced up perfectly with the gooey outlay, I would describe it as a cross between a custard and crustless butter cake. Thanks for your wishes, I enjoyed the night and the cake.

We were lucky to be there where it had live bands every Wednesday to Friday. It was actually a Irish Pub, locate d at Boat Quay area. Dishing out great food, beer also music, it offered a sociable and lively atmosphere.

Fish & Chips

Tangy flavour went very well with the battered fish, it was deep-fried until golden in colour. Firmer version, it had crispy outlay and melt-in-your-mouth texture for Dory Fish flesh. I like to have it long with Tartar Sauce and ad drizzle of Lemon. Satisfied with the huge serving, the price was reasonable too.

As compared to so many Wanton Noodle stall, it was the one I prefer most. Walking distance from my office, it was high recommended by my colleague.

I admit different person, may have different taste. Therefore, for me, it was good and sufficient enough. Nothing extra, nothing special, I just it was decent and the traditional taste.

Look closer at the noodles, they were so mouth-watering. Springy noodles and chewy Char Siew, I like Wanton inside the soup as well. Hawker’s price, it was only $2.50 each plate of Wanton Noodle. I definitely will visit it again.

Our birthday boy is vegan, hence we need to find a place that served vegetarian food. Although here was not a vegetarian restaurant but they tried their best to fulfill the customer’s requirement. Before entering, the waitress told us that the chef can purposely did the special request and served the food for my friend without adding any meat and onion.

This is what their promise, a vegetarian claypot tofu with flavourful taste. Nothing much special for this dish, yet I admire their attitude towards their customer.

I ordered this, because the curiosity for the name of the dish, it called ‘’Ants Climb Up Tree’’. It was dry-fried Chinese vermicelli with shrimps, bacon, eggs and veggie. After eating I still don’t know what reason about its name was.
Mango Sago

I like this dessert very much. The taste of mangoes was so strong, it was mixed with sago and coconut milk poured at the middle.

We enjoyed eating there, the sofa was cozy and we satisfied with the attentive service there.

I ordered this, one of my favourite sauce for spagetti. Meat-based sauce was so delicious and it only costed $3.90 nett per plate.

For side dish, the spinach and mushroom was mixed by Peperoncino Sauce which was unique with their chef's own special recepi. It costed $3.90 nett.

The restaurant was cozy and comfortable, what makes me surprise was the price. It really affordable and reasonable, without service charge and GST.
