The perfect accompaniment to any dish, the carrot cake.
Ingredient and Portion
500ml water
1/4 tsp alkaline water (bought from phoon huat $1.20+)
175g rice flour (elephant brand)
10g tapioca flour (flying man brand)

Group B:
1-2 tsp chopped garlic
50-100g chinese sausage (chopped into small pieces)
50-100g dried shrimp (pounded)
100g white radish (shredded)
20g carrot (shredded) - *can add for color*- optional
Seasoning
Seasonings:
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken granules/ chicken cube
1 tsp pepper - can add a bit more if u like spicy
Method
1) mix group A into a bowl and stir till flour dissolves
2) put oil onto pan, fry garlic, add sausages, dried shrimp till frgrant....add radish and seasonings....fry till radish/carrot soften (gives out water).
3) add group A mixture into e pan
4) fry everything till mushy.....
5) ***depends on the thickness u want....u can divide it into 2 and steam/fried it ***
cover put on low fire for 10-15 mins....open cover to let out steam....flip...low fire again for another 5-7 mins more....
