Ever since I make my own soya beancurd at home, I stop buying from outside. I used to buy soya beancurd from Mr Bean whenever I wanted to. I like their Biscuits with pineapple filling too, it is one of their soya bean by-products, it is light in texture without the heavy butter flavour, sounds healthy though.

Pass by this shop almost every workday, it tempts me to try their products again. Finally I surrender, bring home a bowl of hot soya beancurd yesterday. First bite, silky, smooth and fragrance, it has them all in just one mouthful. The consistency is so good that dancing in your spoon and sneaking through your tongue into your throat, beware if it is hot! The one I have was the original with brown sugar only, it wasn’t too sweet. I am thinking to try their black sesame paste rice ball with soya bean milk next round.

It worth every cent I pay and it saves me tones of work when I make it at home.
