As for the food, I had ordered the most significant dish at Taiwan which is "braised pork belly rice" (卤肉饭) , the rice is covered by the gravy of braised pork so that the rice will not so dry. Moreover, more stimulating the appetizer.

The second dish is Tainan "Coffin" Toast (棺材板). I like this dish a lot because it is a very creative dish and so do the name!
It is basically a bread toasted with the middle is cut opened for the filling, this results something that looks sort of like a coffin. The fillings are fish, squid and prawn with mayonnaise.

The restaurant provides many other Taiwan famous dishes. So, do make a trip down to there to have a try!
