We were at Chinatown and specially went to look for this bakery as I was told their traditional cakes and biscuits are very nice. I bought a few type (wife biscuits, Sweet bean paste biscuits and salted bean paste biscuits) and I really loved their sweet bean paste biscuits. The taste is very balanced, not too sweet. You can still feel the slightly grinded texture of the beans. The pastry is also very well done, a bit flaky. The salted bean paste bisuit is also quite nice, not too salty. They ha
