The interior is reminiscent of a cosy European cafe and the food is fabulous. It's doesn't smell bad like others I've tried before and the squid bits were flavourful, wish they had been more generous with that though. My boyfriend had the emu rice ($16.80++), which I tried. The egg was fluffy and soft and the rice were just the right texture.
Service in Singapore tends to veer either towards indifference or over the top. But here it was just right. The staff weren't pushy, water was served on arrival and they really made us feel as ease and at home. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
