On weekdays, the high tea buffet is 19.80++ per adult pax from 3-5pm. Do make a reservation beforehand as all the tables were filled up even though it was a weekday. They do charge for GST and service charge but the service in the restaurant is really good. They are very fast in filling up your hot tea and getting your orders. Though the dimsum is from 3-5pm, their last order started around 4:15pm. Do go there on time so you get to have the whole experience. There is also complimentary calamansi juice

There was way too many dimsum and food offerings on the day but I've included some of the better options and food to avoid.

Paper wrapped chicken. Didn't know this dish existed! And I'm glad there's no limit on how many you can eat. The chicken while a little hard to get to since you need to tear through the paper, it's flavor was similar to the pandan chicken that you can eat at thai restaurants.

Black Sesame was served hot, thick, and felt very authentic as if they did it in-house.

Their curry puff is a bao that is filled with curry chicken, carrots, and potatos, and then fried. Very refreshing way of presentation. The eggtart was soft, flaky, without being too oily and the size of the tart was just right.

Phoenix Claws were served hot and the claws were removed. The sauce, I believe was XO sauce and was just right, though a tad oily.

Fried Gyoza and Prawns were crunchy and hot so it didn't feel very oily. Would have been perfect with wasabi mayo.

Every pax is entitled to only one serving of the above. The bowl is the shark fin soup which was very generous with its shark fin and the texture was very thick and just what I had in mind. The shell for the wasabi mayo 'abalone' was cold, though the abalone seems to be more like squid than abalone.

though this is a chef recommendation, this is probably the one dish I would never want to eat anymore should I go back.

The meal was about $50 for 2 after the GST and service charge which is quite worth it if it covers your lunch and dinner for that day--and you get to satisfy your dimsum craving!
