The pasta at CBTL is good enough for me although they are of course not superb. They are good to fill one's stomach as the portion is quite big. Out of all, the recommended ones are the chicken n' mushroom, salmon n' cream as well as the beef lasagne. I don't fancy much the other choices. The first two are cream-based and are not too creamy. But I often cannot finish everything by myself as the portion was too large.
The lunch or dinner sets would be worthwhile if you want to top it up with any of their drinks. Generally the pastas are not too bad for a simple unpretentious meal
For something lighter, go for the Chic Mayo Sandwich with wholewheat bread
