Chance upon a Killiney kopitiam at marina square. The shop is quite small at one corner of marina square. To my surprise, it is actually quite tasty. The fried rice is freshly fried upon my order, not those re fried and kept in a warmer. The fried halibut to my surprise have the standard of those specialized seafood restaurant. The fish is fresh and the batter used is crispy. Also remember to ask for their sambas Chilli. Excellent I ordered the set with a coffee which cost me about $8.90 although a bit pricey but it's worth the money.
