Signature Dishes
The food here does not disappoint me! Tried the coloured xiao long bao’s and they were just awesome and unique! They were steamed just nice because the skin was not too hard nor too soft and they were really juicy too. Different colours represent different flavours so you can try it. The service crew were efficient in taking orders and serving the food.

I'm back here again to buy dinner after 4 months....and they have a new revamped menu! Some of my fave items had made way for newer creations...sad. Today I'm trying these three dishes for the first time..Signature Kong Bak Bao $9.20++Sandwiched in the soft and fluffy steam lotus buns were stewed pork belly slices that were uber soft and had melts in the mouth texture. Now I understand why this dish is one of their signature dishes.Steam chicken with mushroom & black fungus $10.90++This is a new item on the menu. Chicken meat is steamed not fried, tasted cleaner and sweeter and a lot more tender. The chicken broth is very flavorful as well...slurp.Fried sambal kang kong $8.90++This is rather ordinary, the sambal is not too spicy..doesn't have much 'kick' for this dish.I will be back for more..

Having craving for some chinese cuisine, I stepped into Paradise Inn at NEX Shopping Centre. After battling the queue for about half an hour, I finally have the chance to rest my legs after a long day.... FoodCrisp-Fried Crystal Prawns with Salted Egg YolkMy all-time favourite in paradise's group restaurant. The proportion of the egg yolk is just right when fried with the prawn, such that both compliment each other and result in taste explosion!Seafood Fried RiceThe usual seafood fried rice, but the fragrance is overwhelming and irresistible!Crispy Toufu with special sauceI like the combination of a crispy Toufu being immersed in a special sauce such that fits so perfectly on my tastebuds when eaten together with the Tofu.AMBIENCEIt is quite busy and noisy on a Friday evening. Be there early if you want to avoid the queue or choose your seats.SERVICEThey are generally quite efficient and good.

Despite the crowd on a sunday night, Paradise Inn still manages to serve good food with acceptable service. Recommended dishes: Coffee pork ribsCereal prawnsWasabi mayo prawnsDefinitely try their flower teas, I usually go for the detox one with lavender/rose. Its great to wash down a delicious meal. Haven't tried their desserts before, but I usually go next door for them. Great for family gatherings, especially because its a chinese cuisine.

I always love to have Chinese cuisine for dinner with close friends as this will make me feel like eating at home, very heart warming. So, I often go to Dian Xiao Er or soup Restaurent. This was first time having dinner at Paradise Inn. My friend recommended this shop and said their food has quite good quality. We queue for quite a long time that day. We had ordered the Sweet and sour chicken, a veggie and black sauce pork (really forgot the name ad..).The dishes tasted nice, the ingredient were fresh. The saltiness was just nice also. Will definitely visit the shop again.
